The R&B star is also teasing a new album titled โBeautiful Pain,โ which is about the breakup of his marriage. On Wednesday, he took to social media to address reactions to his much scrutinized interview on the radio show.
โI ainโt releasing no album called โBeautiful Painโ because I just felt like f***ing with my ex and singing all these songs about how I feel and how Iโm feeling about what I lived and experienced cuz she left me out the blue,โ he said on Instagram Live. โYโall seen all the interviews, You know the only person that ainโt call me to say Iโm sorry?โ
In addition to expressing frustration with the drawn out legal process and his exโs request for more money, Tyrese wondered why she hasnโt apologized to him in the four years theyโve been separated.
โI guess all these feelings that you caused donโt f***ing matter,โ he added. โIโm not playing victim, Iโm a grown ass man. Iโm coming up on four years of posting, venting, talking, releasing songs and singles and ainโt nobody called me to say โIโm sorry.โโ
Since this divorce has played out so publicly, Lee hopped on social media to respond to the โFast & Furiousโ actor, reminding her followers not to live in the past.

โDonโt keep watching what your ex is doing, thatโs a world of pain,โ she continued. โIโm not watching what my past is doing. Itโs my past. We leave that behind, ok? We move forward. My future is greater than my past.โ
Itโs sound advice. Perhaps they should both follow it.
