Olympic star Gabby Thomas took to social media to ask fans for their advice on disturbing encounters she has recently experienced in airports. In a video posted to TikTok on Tuesday (Jan. 28), the 28-year-old shared that โmiddle-aged menโ have made traveling a nightmare for her.

Thomas also said that the men have been acting โaggressive and hostileโ as well. โI need some advice right now because I fear Iโm being stalked and I genuinely donโt know what to do or who to go to,โ Thomas said.
โAt this point, every time that I travel, Iโm afraid that these men โ itโs three to six of them, middle-aged โ are going to show up and harass me.โ
Thomas, the recipient of the gold medal in the womenโs 200m final at last yearโs Paris Olympics, explained that the men appear in multiple cities to ask for her autograph. However, she said thereโs been โlike 40 of them.โ Thomas claimed that they also show up outside of the airport and at her gate inside the terminal.
โThey show up either at the front door of the airport, at the correct concourse or they show up at my gate, which means they have flight tickets and they get past security,โ she told fans.
โWhat scares me is they have my flight information. I donโt know if theyโre hacking me, but they get really hostile and aggressive if I say no.โ
Thomas then said sheโs changed all of her online passwords to regain some sort of privacy. She also stated that the men have been confrontational with her boyfriend as well, former Yale University football player Spencer McManes.
โDo I go to airport security?โ she asked in the clip. โItโs, like, a multi-city thing, so I canโt just go to the Austin police because theyโre not in Austin right now. I donโt know where these people live.โ
Thomas ended the post with how much she dislikes feeling unsafe while traveling.
