The commercial opens with, โWomen all over America are fighting greasy pots and pans,โ as if women are the only ones washing dishes. The commercial prompted the young Markle to write the president of Procter & Gamble and suggest that the adโs language be changed to โpeopleโ all over America.
โI donโt think itโs right for kids to grow up thinking these things that just Mom does everything,โ Markle said. โItโs always โMom does thisโ and โMom does that.โโ
