Police investigators are hoping to question an unidentified man last seen wearing a blue coat with a fur-lined hood who was caught on surveillance video leaving the luxury vehicle of a slain 24-year-old New Jersey man, according to the New York Daily News.

Johnsonโs 2013 BMW 550 Gran Turismo was found Thursday afternoon parked in the Bedford Park area of the Bronx. The body of the kidnapped Fort Lee, N.J., resident was discovered in the trunk. The unknown man was spotted on surveillance camera video wearing the coat and gray pants as he walked away from the car, the video shows, the News reports.
As The Root reported earlier, Johnsonโs girlfriend, Megan Faulkner, told police that she was supposed to meet him in Harlem on Tuesday but he did not show up. When she returned to their apartment in Fort Lee, it had been ransacked and Johnson was not there. Jewelry and cash were reported to have been taken from the apartment, the report says.
