Just days before Usher is set to perform one of his biggest shows yet at the Super Bowl LVIII Halftime Performance, the “Confessions” singer has gone missing! Well, kind of. I’ll explain.

In the nearly seven-and-a-half minute Apple ad, the beloved R&B singer has gone out for a night on the town with rappers Lil Jon and Ludacris and actress Taraji P. Henson after having been cooped up doing rehearsals.
That’s all fine and dandy — that is until Usher is nowhere to be found the following morning. After alerting Apple CEO Tim Cook that the one of music’s biggest superstars is now M.I.A., its up to the trio to find him before he takes the stage.
What ensues next is somewhat of scavenger hunt akin to “The Hangover” that’s done in an effort to save the Super Bowl Halftime Show as well as Luda, Lil Jon and Henson’s asses. As they venture on their journey through Vegas, they enlist help from a handful of stars such as Anderson.Paak, Wesley Snipes, Andre 3000, J. Balvin, Criss Angel, the Blue Man Group and more.
Eventually, Urhser is found serenading some lucky ladies in a fountain, much to the relief of our trio. With Mr. U-S-H-E-R R-A-Y-M-O-N-D in tow, things are now all “Good, Good” and the plan is back in action for him to make his grand performance.
The ad, while hilarious, is laced throughout with a handful of Usher’s hits which do well to add to the anticipation of seeing which ones of them he’ll do on Sunday.
Lucky for us all, we don’t have to wait that much longer!
