Sean โDiddyโ Combs has a mountain of legal woes that have permanently derailed not only his career, but his legacy. The fallen star has been charged with sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy with a trial date set for May of next year. However, PEOPLE reported that Combs has a more immediate concern in his adjustment to incarceration.

โI think the foodโs probably the roughest part of it,โ Combsโ attorney Marc Agnifilo explained to reporters outside of a federal courthouse in Manhattan. Combs is currently being detained at Brooklynโs Metropolitan Detention Center as he awaits trial.
Combsโ other attorney, Anthony L. Ricco, added that the 54-year-old is โmaking an adjustmentโ while being incarcerated. Last month, the publication reported that Combsโ day behind bars begins at 6 a.m. with cereal, fruit and a breakfast cake.
During the week, lunch is served at 11 a.m. and dinner is served around 4 p.m. His meals consist of baked fish, tacos, hamburgers, baked fish or beef tacos, with scrambled eggs and biscuits on the weekend.
However, the disgraced mogul has more pressing concerns his legal team needs to tend to. On Wednesday (Oct. 9), federal prosecutors in New York provided a letter to the judge presiding over Combsโ case stating that the discovery in the case is โvoluminous.โ
According to Law & Crime, prosecutors say they have seized at least 40 devices, business records, iCloud account information and more. Prosecutors also told U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian they also obtained โseveral terabytes of electronic material,โ translating to thousands and thousands of gigabytes of data.
They made it a point to emphasize that this evidence โmakes up a significant portion of the total discovery in the case.โ
Combs has been incarcerated in the Manhattan Detention Complex in New York City since Sept. 16.ย
