As if things couldn’t get any worse in the pending federal sex crime against Sean “Diddy” Combs, prosecutors just turned up the heat. Now, the rapper is accused of having more than just one victim of his alleged debauchery.

Back in September, prosecutors slammed Combs with charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and engaging in interstate transportation for prostitution upon allegations of sexual abuse, physical abuse, bribery and various drug offenses. The indictment identified “Victim 1” as being subject to the alleged abuse and was described to be a “former long-term girlfriend” of Combs, per the document.
Well, we first heard of the allegations in the indictment from Combs’ “former long-term girlfriend” and Bad Boy Records signee Casandra “Cassie” Ventura. She filed a lawsuit in November 2023 accusing the rapper of sex trafficking, human trafficking, sexual battery and sexual assault. Other horrid allegations stemmed from his so-called “freak off” sex parties, where prosecutors allege women and men were drugged and forced to perform sexual acts at Combs’ pleasure. He was also accused of using video footage to blackmail the victims into compliance.
This week, prosecutors have extended Combs’ indictment to reflect not just one but two more victims of Combs’ alleged crimes, to whom he’s alleged to have provided money and career opportunities, per court documents. The new allegations also trace his alleged racketeering activity back to 2004 instead of 2008, as previously filed.
Other new details to the indictment include the claim Combs engaged in “multiple acts” of kidnapping when threatened by employees or witnesses as well as the mention of Combs being in possession of psychedelic drugs and methamphetamine.
In response, Combs’ attorneys stood ten toes against the allegations.
“The latest Indictment contains no new offenses. The prosecution’s theory remains flawed. The government has added the ridiculous theory that two of Mr. Combs’ former girlfriends were not girlfriends at all but were prostitutes. Mr. Combs is as committed as ever to fighting these charges and winning at trial,” said attorney Marc Agnifilo via TMZ.
However, prosecutors wrote to the judge that their investigation remains ongoing, gesturing to the possibility of more charges or more victims ahead of trial which is set to begin May 5. He has pleaded not guilty, and was denied bail.
