Looks like Kanye West's plan to chill didn't last long, as TMZ is reporting that the hotheaded rapper, who is now known as much for his antics as for his music, punched a teenager.

According to TMZ, his fiancee, Kim Kardashian, had arrived at medical building when photographers swarmed her. Not wanting to deal with the paparazzi, the reality-TV star quickly returned to her car. Photographers can be heard on videotape promising to stay back to allow her to get into the office, and she re-emerged and walked in unscathed.
Now here is where things took a strange twist. According to the news site, someone who allegedly tried to help Kardashian get in the building started screaming, "F—k these fa—ot-ass n——rs," referring to the paparazzi. TMZ reports that Kardashian then told the person that it wasn't appropriate to use the n-word. The person then replied, "F—k you, b—-h. Just trying to help you. Shut up, n——r lover, stupid slut."
The Keeping Up With the Kardashian star called West on her cellphone, and when the person realized she was on the phone with the rapper, he began yelling, "F—k you, n——r," TMZ reports.
West arrived at the building and met up with Kardashian. The couple rushed into the waiting room of chiropractor Richard Hill and found the culprit, an 18-year-old, sitting there, TMZ reports. Witnesses told TMZ that West punched the teen, and Kardashian screamed, "We have it all on tape."
Massage therapists had to separate the two, sources told TMZ. Beverly Hills police were called, and the 18-year-old said he wanted to press charges. Law-enforcement sources tell TMZ that West is now officially a suspect in a battery investigation, and they want to interview him. TMZ sources have also told them that the matter will be referred to the Los Angeles County district attorney for possible prosecution.
West is also facing assault charges involving an attack on a photographer at LAX Airport.
