Last night during a surprise Tidal concert in Atlanta, rapper T.I. announced that he had signed a distribution deal with Roc Nation, Jay Z's record label and artist-management company, XXL reports.ย

T.I. revealed more business with Jay Z: He signed on to be an artist-owner with Tidal, the music-streaming company that also boasts Beyoncรฉ, Usher, Alicia Keys, Madonna, Kanye West and Rihanna as artist-owners.

Last year Tidal celebrated having 1 million subscribers, despite a rocky start. Congratulations to Tidal for growing its roster of artists, who will likely distribute music online exclusively with the streaming service.
