Later in the morning, the President will depart from Tampa, Florida en route Richmond, Virginia.ย  The departure from Tampa International Airport and the arrival at Richmond International Airport will be open press.

In the afternoon, the President will deliver remarks at a campaign event at Byrd Park in Richmond, Virginia.ย  The Presidentโ€™s remarks will be open to pre-credentialed media.

Later in the afternoon, the President will depart from Richmond, Virginia en route Chicago, Illinois.ย  The departure from Richmond International Airport and the arrival at Oโ€™Hare International Airport will be open press.
