About 8.6 million people visited the federal website in the first week. Most, if not all, of those who visited encountered software flaws and long waits that prevented many from registering, Bloomberg reports.

"I know it's a very political topic," saidย Oracle CEO Larry Ellisonย Thursdayย at the software maker's annual meeting. " โ€ฆ As an information technology company we are doing everything we can to help," Bloomberg reports.
