As a supermodel who has walked runways for Yves Saint Laurent and Louis Vuitton and graced the covers of over 500 magazines, Naomi Campbell is no stranger to having cameras flashing at her wherever she goes. But when it comes to her babies, mama does not play. So when she dropped a January 12 photo dump of herself vacationing with her two children, there wasn’t much to see.

In a post she tagged “#Grateful and Blessed, It goes soo fast ❤️❤️🙏🏾 #mumlife,” Campbell posted pics of herself with her three-year-old daughter and one-year-old son playing in the snow during a family ski trip, being extra careful about covering their faces and even their hands with emojis.
Although we know Campbell’s kids were both born via surrogate, the model and actress has been pretty tight-lipped about any other details—including their names. But fans seem to be divided about her decision to keep their identities under wraps.
One commenter on Campbell’s post was fully supportive of her giving her little ones as much privacy as possible.
“💯% respect her decision all most would do is pick her babies apart... what skin tone are they who’s the Daddy is it really her eggs who give a flip they are hers not for the world to be all up in her business periodt. God bless her & dem babies🙏🏾💕” they wrote.
But one TikToker accused the supermodel of pulling a Michael Jackson on us –covering the kids hands and faces to hide any clues about their racial identities.
“I have nothing against the kids whatsoever. It’s their weirdo mom,” she says in her post.
No matter what you think about Campbell’s decision, you can’t deny that motherhood looks good on her. In a September interview with Harper’s BAZAAR, Campbell called being a mom “the biggest joy.”
“The biggest blessing is to have these two innocent, beautiful souls and for me to be able to be their mother,” she said. “I learn a lot each day. They’re good kids.”
