No matter what obstacles are thrown Megan Thee Stallion’s way, she seems to always come out on top. And thanks to her latest legal move, it looks like she’s aiming for another win. We’ll explain.

For context, the “Hiss” rapper has been very outspoken about the online harassment and bullying she’s experienced in the years following the 2020 shooting by Tory Lanez in which she was injured in the foot. Despite Lanez’s conviction in 2022, multiple bloggers and internet personalities pushed out false narratives and alternative facts about what really happened to taint public opinion about the “Mamushi” rapper and tried to cause her more problems.
Now, it appears she’s taking one of those bloggers to court over their actions as noted by a new lawsuit filed on Wednesday. Per court documents obtained by People, Thee Stallion (legally Megan Pete) is suing blogger Milagro Gramz (legally Milagro Elizabeth Cooper) for alleged harassment and “churning out falsehoods” related to the aforementioned shooting. In the suit, lawyers for the “Body” rapper allege that Gramz “acts as a paid surrogate” for Lanez (legally Daystar Peterson) and spreads lies on his behalf.
The suit also claims that Gramz shared a “deepfake pornographic video’ of her to X/Twitter, accused her of having a ‘severe drinking problem,’ questioned her ‘mental status’ and labeled her both an ‘angry Black woman’ and a ‘lying ass hoe.’
As it relates to the 2020 shooting specifically, Thee Stallions legal team also alleged that Gramz “falsely claimed that the firearm Mr. Peterson used to shoot Ms. Pete was not produced during the Trial because it was missing.” The claim is false as the gun is still in the custody the Los Angeles Police Department, per the suit.
In a statement released on Tuesday, about the suit, the “Bigger in Texas” rapper said:
“It’s time to hold bloggers accountable for years of harassment, cyberbullying and the publication of misinformation about my personal and professional life. I’ve endured countless attacked on my character based on false narratives on social media, bloggers misrepresenting themselves as journalists.”
She concluded by saying that the behavior is “unacceptable” and assured folks that there would be consequences and repercussions for “recklessly posting lues and defamatory falsehoods.”
Seeing as how Thee Stallion was vindicated in the 2020 trial against Lanez, it stands to reason that she’ll wind up with another legal “W” in the near future thanks to this suit. This news comes as the “Rock Steady” rapper gears up to release her documentary, “Megan Thee Stallion: In Her Own Words,” on Prime Video on Halloween.
