Lil Baby recently opened up about the severity of his gambling addiction during a recent interview with fellow Atlanta rapper Lil Yachty, and itโs worse than you could ever imagine.

Last week, on his โA Safe Place Podcast,โ Yachty asked the โMy Turnโ rapper, โWhatโs the most you ever lost gambling at once?โ
In response, Baby calmly stated, โEight million dollars.โ He later added, โ40 hours straight, I lost eight million dollars. I made myself stop gambling. I had Mike Rubin [founder and CEO of Fanatics] write a letter to every casino and ban me from the casino. Cause I just do s**t. I donโt gamble no more.โ

The number Baby threw out was so insane that it even caught the attention of 50 Cent, who used it to take a shot at boxer Floyd โMoneyโ Mayweather, who he has feuded with for more than a decade.
In a now-deleted post on Instagram where he reposted the clip, 50 Cent wrote, โI thought only Floyd do s**t like that. LOL come out the joint looking distraught. Iโm just glad he didnโt kill nobody.โ
50 Cent is correct on one front: Mayweather is one of the most infamous gamblers and has lost millions of dollars betting on hundreds of sporting events over the years, including his own.
Although it was shocking to hear that Lil Baby has wasted so much money, heโs also recently made some smart decisions by investing in his own education.
In November, the Atlanta MC became a โHarvard manโ and graduated from the โLaunching New Venturesโ program at the universityโs business school.
While it wasnโt an official degree, it was cool to see that an artist who had an unexpected rise to fame was learning new ways to improve his business acumen.
