Between October 2015 and March 2016, Williams, 43, was apparently involved in thousands of short calls that lasted no more than 20 seconds.

According to Fox, Hua Li, an engineer, called 911 to report a robbery, and Williams hung up on the call. The incidentย resulted in the death of a convenience store manager.

According to police, "She often hangs up on calls that have not been connected because she did not want to talk to anyone at that time."

She was recorded saying, "Ain't nobody got time for this; for real," in response to another 911 call that she disconnected.
