"I misplaced $60,000," 50-year-old Tony Harris wrote on his Facebook page Oct. 5, with a photo of his wife, Amber Crane, holding four large stacks of money. "I hope my wife didn't go shopping with it."

Philadelphia police say that photo may have led to Harris' death after three masked men burst into his home Monday and held him and his wife at gunpoint while their two young children were in the living room.
"Where's the money?" the men yelled as they held a gun to Crane's head.
Harris told the men he didn't have any money, according to Philly.com.
Harris was shot in the head by one of the men, who fled the home. Harris was rushed to a local hospital, where, the news site notes, he hung on for eight hours after being shot. Harris died early Tuesday morning.
Harris' nephew Anthony Fleming told Philly.com that the Facebook post was just a joke, and the money was really a stack of $1 bills with large notes on top.
Police are looking for three suspects between the ages of 17 and 19.
