Danyela D. Bradley, who lived with the 21-year-old at her Atlanta townhouse, said in a Sept. 24, 2015, deposition that she believed Bobbi Kristina had “smoked marijuana, she probably smoked crack often, and also did heroin,” the report says. But the testimony was also contradictory.

“[S]he also said Bobbi Kristina smoked crack ‘like once or twice every two weeks,’ and smoked crack or did heroin ‘very, very few times’ in her presence. Asked specifically about heroin, Bradley said, ‘I never seen her do it,’” the newspaper writes.

Bradley also claimed that drug use sometimes transformed Bobbi Kristina’s physical demeanor, the report says. “When she would do the heroin she’d just be very sleepy, nod off, and very less talkative, kind of keep to herself,” Bradley testified, according to the Post. “ … When she would smoke crack, she would just not even be talkative. She’d just be like keeping to herself as well.”

The deposition was part of a lawsuit, Eckerman v. Ford Motor, filed by a man reportedly injured by Bobbi Kristina in a car accident just days before she was discovered facedown in a bathtub at her home in January.

The Washington Post notes that the testimony is likely to have a major impact on a wrongful death suit filed by Bobbi Kristina’s conservator against her longtime boyfriend, Nick Gordon, who is accused of giving her a toxic cocktail the day she was found unconscious.

She died in July, six months after she was placed in a medically induced coma. The Fulton County Medical Examiner has determined her cause of death, but the results have been sealed.
