Academy Award-winning actor Denzel Washington has flat out denied reports that he and his wife of 30 years, Pauletta Pearson, are on the brink of divorce, according to the Huffington Post.

Star magazine had reported that the "Training Day" star and his wife of 30 years, Pauletta Pearson, were on the brink of divorce amid rumors of Washington's infidelity, citing an unnamed source who claimed that Pearson had "moved to New York to contemplate" a possible end to her marriage.
The talk of separation had allegedly been triggered by rumors that the Oscar-winning actor had cheated on Pearson. According to Entertainment Wise, photos of Washington kissing a "mystery woman" reportedly had been "doing the rounds at various media outlets."
Despite the rumors, a rep for Washington insists that the actor and his wife are not planning on parting ways, telling Gossip Cop that the couple is "not divorcing, not separating."
In a recent interview with Ebony magazine, Washington and Pearson opened up about their marriage, with the actor admitting that they "go through up and downs like any couple."
