On Wednesday (Dec.18), The Root reported that Trinity Rodmanโthe daughter of Dennis Rodmanโwent on the โCall Her Daddyโ podcast to discuss the complicated relationship she had with her father.

The four-time NBA champion went on Instagram Thursday to say that even though heโs been forbidden from trying to see Trinity, he will never give up.
โSorry I wasnโt the Dad you wanted me to be but either way I still tried and I still Try and Never will Stop,โ Rodman wrote. His post also included a video that showed photos of the pair throughout the years.
โI will keep Trying even when youโre being told as an adult not to respond to my phone calls. I will try even when itโs difficult and if it takes a long time,โ Rodman continued.
โIโm always here And tell you all the time rather itโs your voice or voicemail how proud I am. I always had one wish and it was I wish my kids would call me and come see me. Hopefully one day I can get that. Iโm here and Iโm still trying pick up the phone you have my number, You see me calling, Iโm still here Dennis RODMAN- Dad.โ
Rodman also said that he watches Trinity play all the time but stated that he was once told not to show up to one of her games because of who he was with. Rodman opted to watch from his hotel balcony instead โjust to make everybody happy.โ The star ended the caption by saying that he loves all of his kids.
Trinity told โCall Me Podcastโ host Alex Cooper that growing up she tried to live with her father, but he was โhaving parties 24/7" in which random women would attend.
Rodman is father to Trinity and her brother Dennis Rodman Jr. from his past marriage with Michelle Moyer.
