The lineup alone should make for some interesting conversation.
But to cap it off, the one and only Teedra Moses will be performing live! The event went from "girl, should we maybe check it out?" to "#niggawemadeit". Also, since yesterday was the official 10-year annivesary of her seminal album, Complex Simplicity, I'm sure she's going to perform a ton from that seminal album!
This panel is interesting for a few reasons. I was on a panel with Enitan many moons ago at FAMU, so its interesting to cross paths again. And also, well, Teedra and I have a history via VSB. One that I probably remember more than her. So here's hoping she doesn't recall that history at all!
(In retrospect this post is one of the funniest things I've written, I also completely understand why she and some of her goons came for me. I kind of sent for them. Just proof positive that what you say on the Internets doesn't always fall on deaf ears and celebrities are also real people.)
