Buffalo, N.Y.-based Synacor is currently looking for a lead mobile engineer to help develop and maintain the company's lineup of mobile software offerings. Synacor's lead mobile engineer is in charge of developing mobile applications for Synacor clients, as well as maintaining mobile-application back ends. Additionally, the lead mobile engineer is responsible for providing consultation and support for Synacor's mobile technologies to clients, product managers and Synacor staff.

Ideal candidates should have at least five years' experience in software or website development, as well as adequate experience in the mobile-application field. Candidates should also have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
