Sadly, Minaj couldnโt just stop at her travesty of a diss song โBigfoot.โ To the shock of her fans, she used her platform to endorse Tom MacDonaldโs song โFactsโ which features right-wing commentator Ben Shapiro.
Not only is the song absolute garbage, it uses a Black genre of music to disparage Black peopleโthe hypocrisy is truly alarming. โFactsโ complains about the Black Lives Matter movement, woke Karens, the LGBTQ+ community and efforts to defund the police.
When โFactsโ was first release, Minaj went on X to praise the song. โI just listened to it @benshapiro not bad,โ Minaj wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter. โCongrats on #1. But it def sounds like Romanโs Revenge when the beat first came inโฆidk.โ
As if that wasnโt bad enough, on Feb. 1 she complimented the song again. โWait til they โwake upโ & listen to what Ben Shapiro is saying in #Facts. The โoutrageโ on this one will be a tad bit delayed,โ Minaj stated. Shapiroโs reply was him begging for a Grammys invite (the ceremony is happening in LA on Sunday).
โYo, @NICKIMINAJ, bestselling rapper in the world canโt get an invitation to the Grammys. Can you hook a homie up?โ he asked. A user brilliantly summed up this disgusting exchange by asking Nicki: โThe same man who disrespected you and your music for years? The same man who also hates illegal immigrants?
โYou canโt be serious nicki, this man stands against your whole being as a black woman who had to come here illegally as a child.โ Folks have speculated that Minaj is doing this to prevent Meganโs โHissโ from continue to top the charts. However, this is way to farโeven by Barbzโs standards.
