One of these days I'm going to share some good news about Columbus Short, but this just isn’t one of those days. Short is now a wanted man after a Los Angeles judge issued a bench warrant for his arrest.

The actor was a no-show yesterday for a criminal court hearing regarding his recent domestic violence case, prompting the judge to issue the bench warrant. His wife, Tanee McCall, was in court to request more protection from the former Scandal star.
TMZ pointed out that although Short missed Wednesday’s court hearing, he actually appeared in court on Tuesday for another criminal case, after the judge warned that a warrant would be issued.
Last month Short finally spoke about his personal issues and allegations of abuse. “I’ve never put my hands on a woman physically; I was raised by a woman,” he said. “I think people were hurt, feelings were hurt.”
Short hasn’t turned himself in as of yet.
