The New York Times reportsย that Officer Frank Garmbackโ€”who was driving the patrol car that pulled up near Tamir seconds before Loehmann fired the fatal shotsโ€”will be suspended for 10 days starting Wednesday.

As the report notes, it was announced back in January that Loehmann and Garmback, as well as another officer, William Cunningham, would be facing administrative charges from the Cleveland Police Department. A grand jury declined to charge any officer in the case, on the recommendation of prosecutor Timothy McGinty.
