On Oct. ย 23, Vance reportedly shot and wounded two police officers, which prompted the manhunt.

According to Time, he was suspected of shooting a woman, stealing her vehicleย and then driving to his relatives' mobile home in Luther, Okla., and killing them.

Authorities also report that they believe Vance recorded to Facebook Live videosย documenting his run from the police.

The search for Vance ended about a half hour after he fled after allegedly shootingย the Dewey County officer. He was shot dead about 130 miles from Oklahoma City near Leedey, Okla.
